Over the years we’ve helped many customers with older TDM systems, take advantage of extra mobility, increased disaster recovery options and reduced costs that SIP provides, without the need for significant up‐front investment or a requirement to change their existing telephone systems.

Customer have been advised by other providers that the only way to move to SIP is to replace the entire exiting phone system (including a change of handsets and re‐training). But this just isn’t true! In fact, we’ve worked with organisations with very old legacy systems like Index or Mitel SX2000 move to SIP, integrate with UC and hosted functions, without replacing a single thing.
