Upgrading Existing Platforms

Over the years, we’ve helped hundreds of customers keep their investments in voice platforms secure, reliable and up to date. We’ve done this by providing upgrade facilities, engineering and project management functions. No matter what your existing system – Avaya, Mitel, Unify, Cisco etc – we’re here to help.

Recently, we’ve helped councils to virtualise their servers and migrate them into their own VMware environment, and join together multiple Avaya systems into a single system with localised breakout, resulting in significant savings. We’re currently working with a travel company designing the migration plan for a 400‐seat contact centre moving into a new supported environment, across the UK and EU.

We also help our customers get the best from their existing voice platforms. We’ve never believed in change for the sake of change, and sometimes it makes more sense to leverage your legacy investments, instead of replacing them. We can help you understand how to do this, including explaining the best ways to:

  • Add extra functionality, often around Unified Communications, Mobility and Call centre applications
