Our Customer Charter is a document which outlines our values and promises, the way we work with you, the commitments we make and what we ask from you in return. We think this is a pretty useful document for both old and new customers.
Here’s an example of some of the things we say (because we know you won’t have time to read it all):
‘We will always listen attentively to ensure we wholly understand your needs and aspirations.’
We pride ourselves on our integrity, so when we say we will listen attentively to ensure we understand your needs, we really mean it. We are not tied to any particular manufacturer, so we are free when we listen to you, the customer, and find and create solutions that are focused on your circumstances.
We take into account your longer term requirements to ensure that the solutions we recommend will have a place in the market and in your organisation for the foreseeable future.
