It’s been almost a year since we talked to you about HiPath DX support, and as we are being asked to provide maintenance on an increasing number of these systems, we thought we should remind you about it.
Support from Unify on their HiPath DX systems will stop in 2017. We can offer you a practical support solution, to ensure that your Siemens/Unify HiPath DX system (also known as ISDX and DX Realitis), continues to give extremely reliable service far beyond 2017, and enables you to take advantage of new cost saving technologies, like SIP trunks. We are currently working with a large hotel group in London to support their system until 2019; their existing DX system meets their needs, so there was no need to go through the expense of replacing it.
