ISDX Manufacturer support really is ending.
So this time it’s true. ISDX and Realitis Support is coming to an end. For those of us with a long history of association with Plessey/GPT/Siemens/Unify, the words ending and Realitis (ISDX) Support have been said many times. In the past there has been something of a U Turn by the manufacturer. This time however it looks like it is sticking.
It is now over a year since Unify notified the industry that they would be ending manufacturer support for their HiPath DX Realitis range of PABX’s on 30th April 2017. In that year we have met with Telecoms Manager, IT Voice specialists, system integrators and ISDX console operators to advise on strategy, solutions and support ranging from three months to five years.
Through this we have further developed, tweaked and added to our range of maintenance and support services; from simple support of existing infrastructure, migrating to other Unify platforms and new Manufacturer platforms including hosted.
We move at a pace which suits a customer’s situation, finances and strategy. Customers tell us the main reasons for moving support to Beckett Telecom are Communication, Cooperation and Competence. There is always someone at the end of the phone to discuss options answer questions and develop strategy. We realize that a core platform change is not always feasible, so as an alternative to replacing the current infrastructure, we work with you to support it.
