It is now over a year since Unify notified the industry that they would be ending support for their HiPath DX Realitis range of PABX’s in 2017. In that year we have met with telecoms managers, IT voice specialists, system integrators and ISDX console operators to advise on strategy, solutions and support ranging from three months to five years.

Through this we have further developed, tweaked and added to our range of maintenance and support services; from simple support of existing infrastructure, migrating to other Unify platforms and new manufacturer platforms including hosted.
