Becketts runs an apprenticeship programme into which it has continued to recruit apprentices during 2019. The value of this programme has been recognised across the business where apprentices have successfully transitioned into permanent roles and specific roles have been created due to the skills identified during the apprenticeship course.

Apprenticeships programs are currently being pursued with local colleges to further add to the Becketts skill set.
